Happy Holidays! The Healing Power of Love!

Happy Holidays! The Healing Power of Love!

As we celebrate this sacred season, even with its hustle and bustle, may we remember the real meaning of Christmas—to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Whether you follow Jesus’ teachings or not, his teachings are about Love; so let’s be a higher energy of love!

No matter what spiritual dogma you follow, my wish for you is also to let Christmas and the holiday season be a time of re-awakening—re-birthing—the consciousness of Love in your heart. Let’s reflect this week and beyond on expanding this Light of Love within us and out into our worlds.

When frustrations, worries, and pain show up, let Love be a healing force. For your peace of mind, consider taking a moment and visualize a ball of Love in your heart. With each inhale, see that ball of Love expanding. With each exhale, expand it in all directions throughout your body and into your energy field. Allow this healing energy of Love to dissolve all the vibrations lower than Love with ease and gentleness.

Enjoy feeling better and spreading more love!
Happy Holidays! May the Power of Love already within you express itself fully.

From my heart to your heart! Namaste.

Love, Suzette

I Hope You Dance Movie

I Hope You Dance Movie

“I Hope You Dance” – what an amazing experience to be a part of this movie!

We are One with the creative power of the universe, and I love how the universe orchestrates what is for our soul journey’s highest good. When we stay in alignment, we will be guided to where our soul wants to be. The timing of this movie was truly divine. A friend had given me a little book with the beautiful lyrics to a song, I Hope You Dance. In 2011, I had “just happened” to include the lyrics from that song in the intro to my book, Calling Back Your Power, on my then-new website. How relevant the lyrics were to my story:

“Promise me that you’ll give faith a fighting chance and when you get the choice to sit it out or dance, I hope you dance… I hope you dance.”

I Hope You Dance MovieThe producers of the film, I Hope You Dance, were searching on the web for stories that related to that song. They wanted a miracle story where that song was pertinent and discovered me.

During my recovery, in my conscious mind, I certainly knew of the scope of my injury. Yet, a bigger part of me, gave the severity of my condition NO power. I probably didn’t feel the full scope of my feelings because I kept so focused on healing and dancing again.

The most surprising part of the experience of filming were the tears that ran down my face when I heard the EMS responder’s comments during his interview. I think it sank into a deeper level — how very blessed I am to have made it through that ordeal. I cried again when they carried me out of the woods on the stretcher during the re-creation of my accident. I really was alive. I really am an example of the all that we are. All over again, I was in awe of the remarkable healing capacity of the mind, body, and Spirit. I already knew and believed in my healing powers, the power we all have access to; and for me then to live it, to actualize it, took it to another level!! It allowed for me to gain even more healing at some level that I can’t really explain. It was truly a profound experience.

I say it often, and this was another of those times…  Spirit, we are all so cool!!

How Do We Move Easily Through Our Challenges?

Let’s remember our power—we get to feel better no matter what our challenge. Ooh yes, we get to practice this one. Consider that accepting suffering and lack as temporary helps end suffering and lack. As a Spiritual Being having a human experience, our daily opportunity for inner peace and blessings is to embrace—accept—whatever experience we encounter. Embracing it doesn’t mean we want a setback to continue. It means we understand that accepting it without judging it as good or bad creates an energy field of “no resistance.” In that space of no resistance we are naturally vibrating and remembering more of who we really are—Pure Spirit—already whole, already love, already peace and already abundant. We attract what we vibrate, allowing the Divine to orchestrate whatever money, people or experiences are for our highest good.

The same holds true with our feelings. Since our goal is to create a space of no resistance, embrace anger or worry without judging them as good or bad. Again, our power is in first embracing the feeling and accepting it. Feel it. Honor it. In that space of no resistance the Divine can dissolve the root of those feelings and align better experiences for us. To create better feeling experiences we first get to accept whatever is showing up. All of your Power is within.

Now, go have fun Thr!ving!

From the film’s website:

“I HOPE YOU DANCE, the Power and Spirit of Song, is a poignant film which will proudly have its primetime, televised premiere via HALLMARK MOVIE & MYSTERIES, at 9 pm EST (8 CT), Thanksgiving Day, 2015.

The work is a powerful, inspirational and cinematic work about hope, faith and optimism and the power of music to inspire and heal. It is the first film of its kind to explore how one extraordinary song has changed people’s lives  …

It is about hope, faith, optimism and the power of music to inspire and heal. By weaving together stories of how Lee Ann Womack’s worldwide mega #1 hit “I Hope You Dance” has motivated real people to transform their lives, to chase their dreams, to overcome obstacles and to persist in the face of extreme adversity, IHYD will inspire and empower people to achieve more, to live their best lives and to make the world a better place. These are true stories of aspiration, second chances, recovery, forgiveness and miracles…

We showcase a dance school that uses “I Hope You Dance” to teach dancing to the homeless and employs its message to get them back on their feet. We also reveal how “I Hope You Dance” fueled a woman’s miraculous recovery from a devastating spinal cord injury that should have killed her instantly. Her doctor has never seen anything like it – despite not breathing for several minutes and becoming instantly paralyzed, she now leads a normal life and goes dancing every Tuesday night.”

You Are More Powerful Than You Were Taught!

You Are More Powerful Than You Were Taught!

Almost all of what traditional science and medicine teaches us about the relationship of our bodies to our world is based on Isaac Newton’s theories, work that was done in the seventeenth century. His worldview concerned matter and gravity; it did not recognize the power of the mind. For centuries, our understanding of the world has been limited to glimpses of the material.

A newer science, quantum physics, came along and gave us a way to take mind power into account. Developed eighty years ago to help us comprehend sub-atomic particles, it acknowledges the interconnection of thoughts with matter.

My recovery defies the Western medical view—where Newtonian physics cannot explain how a woman, me, could break her neck in two, stop breathing, lose her ability to move, and save herself through accessing the power of her mind and Oneness with God—a field of consciousness—quantum physics does allow for my remarkable results.

Limiting yourself or your healing in any way is limiting the creative power of the universe. Ooh, don’t do that!

Now, what are those goals you have? Go for it!
